Restorative yoga is an excellent remedy for the stresses of modern life. In restorative yoga your body is supported by props allowing your nervous system to relax, so you're able to completely let go both physically and mentally.

The Hemp Restorative Kit includes our new fringed Hemp Organic Cotton Yoga Blanket in a chic neutral tone. Use our yoga blanket on top of your mat for extra comfort and the best-selling Hemp Buckwheat Bolster to support gentle restorative backbends. Of course, a restorative practice wouldn’t be complete without an eye pillow, which adds an extra level of relaxation whilst in Savasana.

WHAT'S IN THE KIT?

THE BOLSTER: Essential for supporting your restorative practice, our hemp bolster is filled with organic buckwheat hulls which moulds gently to your body allowing greater release and relaxation.

THE BLANKET: Our ultra chic hemp and organic cotton yoga blanket can be folded or rolled to support a variety of poses as well as providing a layer of warmth in extended relaxation poses.

THE EYE PILLOW: The gentle weight of our reversible hemp and organic cotton eye pillow helps the muscles around the eyes to soften aiding relaxation whilst the lavender scent aids sleep and deep rest.

THE BRICK: Made in Germany from cork, a renewable and recyclable resource, the Brick is great for supporting postures and developing flexibility at all levels of practice.

We’ve combined our two favourite sustainable materials Hemp and Organic Cotton in our new yoga blanket. Designed to give you support and comfort during your practice and warmth on your sofa as the nights draw in.

Hemp is an extremely versatile plant, with all aspects of the plant being used for either food or textiles. Also, very little water and no pesticides are used in the growing of hemp. Whilst organically grown cotton protects the soil, water and farmers by eliminating the use of hazardous synthetic pesticides.

Our Cork brick is made from the bark of the Cork Oak Tree, which is the only tree that regenerates its bark once it’s been harvested. The Cork Oak can live for more than 200 years, with harvesting taking place every 7-10 years.
